Starting Salary is 18.00 per hour with a guaranteed raise to 19.00 after 90 days, after review, and 20.00 per hour after completing one year. After this time our standard cost of living raise is implemented yearly and reviews as needed throughout.

The Sales & Customer Service Associate role will involve basic computer programs, online store ordering, and order management, including but not limited to: Word,excel, email, Amazon, POS Terminal Re: Moneris and basic problem-solving skills required. ( A plus is any knowledge in Auto CAD, Revit and PowerPoint).

The role involves online and offline administration. To meet strong communication skills required (verbal & written) post-secondary, industry and/or marketing experience an asset. Interior design a plus. The role will require you to communicate both orally and in writing in English fluently. Have knowledge of basic industry related terms and experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers over the phone, online and personally in the showroom, maintaining the showroom, assisting in both USA and CDN sales through the online ordering processing system, processing cash, and card payments, answering queries from customers, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.

Knowledge in understanding and positively influencing clients questions and concerns. As well as maintaining documents and records (e.g. Requests for Proposal, vendor files, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.

Other responsibilities include performing general and program specific clerical functions (e.g. answering the telephones, distributing purchase orders, scheduling, copying, faxing, filing, etc.).

Working within established guidelines, particularly from manufacturers. You would also be required to maintain and monitor the sales floor and keep up to date with special promotions and creating, putting up displays, information and prices.

Thursday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (Bi-Weekly)

SHIFT 2: Monday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Tuesday- Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Saturday 10:00 - 3:00 pm (Bi-Weekly)

Tuesday OFF (Bi- Weekly)

Thursday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (Bi-Weekly)
