Terms and Conditions
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. 

All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use or purchase from this site.  When referencing the Company, it is understood we are directly stipulating Elite Trimworks Corporation.  Wen referencing the Client, it is understood we are directly stipulating, you, the purchaser and named contact on your account.  

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to revise and update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.  Any and all such modifications are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and continued use of Elite Trimworks Corp., website, products and services.  You agree to periodically review the Terms in order to be aware of any such modifications prior to using or purchasing from us, the Company, Elite Trimworks Corp.

Minimum order total
We have a $10.00 minimum for orders. Your order must total at least $10.00 before any taxes or shipping prior to being placed on our online store.

Shipping Rates
Our website offers several shipping options and calculates the exact shipping cost for each order based on the weight. This rate is calculated on the ZIP code, State or Country contained in your shipping address. This rate is always correct for all ground orders.   Should you not see a shipping cost at check out, already calculated, this means we will contact you for payment of the shipping special or quoted shipping cost prior to your shipment leaving.  

Air/Ocean shipments are 95% correct, but if your order contains many OVERSIZED or HEAVY items such as columns, long pieces of trim, or any heavy wood, we may need to adjust the shipping prices and will be re-quoted upon receipt. We will not ship any order which needs a shipping cost adjustment WITHOUT contacting the customer for confirmation first.  Under no circumstances will we offer expedited shipping services covered by the Company; however, may be purchased at the Clients discretion and due at time of order.

Should the carrier offer you, or you request additional services and you sign the Bill Of Lading or Delivery Slip for these, "you, the Client, will be billed for them unless specified, and charged prior to your shipment leaving. Should you require an additional service for your shipment, or your shipment delivery area has restrictions, please ensure that we are advised prior to confirming your order and shipment method.

The responsibility of ensuring all shipping details and shipping address accuracy lies solely on the Client. It is up to the Client to ensure when entering or placing the order, whether done by you or an associate of the Company, at the time of your confirmation, that you verify all information is accurate. Should there be any discrepancies with your order, you may contact us directly or reply to your order confirmation email receipt, with the correction that is required to be made, prior to the confirmation of your order being shipped. If for any reason we are billed any additional charges, from our carriers, due to shipping information being inaccurate, you, the client, will be responsible for these charges solely and directly.

Elite Trimworks Corp., will source the best carrier and cost for your shipment whenever possible and ensure these savings go directly to you! We do reserve the right to CANCEL any order and return the customer's payment if we cannot come to an agreement on extra shipping costs. We also reserve the right to choose which carrier and form of delivery between UPS, Fed Ex, or any other transportation means regardless of any shipping specials that may apply to your order. All orders are exempted and subject to delays due to strikes, fire, flood, acts of God, shortage of material, or other causes beyond the control of Elite Trimworks Corp.

Pick-ups
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the order is accurate and free of defects upon signing off and loading their order. Elite Trimworks corp., does not hold responsibility for defective or damaged products once the product has been loaded into the vehicle.  Ensure you, the Client, or person(s) picking up have counted and ensure accurate product, measurements and quantities are verified prior to signing off and leaving the premises. 

Damage Claims
Elite Trimworks Corp., has been successfully shipping with UPS all over North America for over a decade. We apply the experience of packaging and shipping over 300,000 packages into every product we ship today. Inspect the condition of your package as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damaged items, bring them to the attention of the driver. Do not Refuse the shipment (see Returns section). 

Deadlines: All damage claims, including missing and or concealed items, must be made within 12 hours of delivery, to allow us to meet the courier's deadline for reimbursement. Damage claims or missed items brought to our attention after this period cannot be considered. 

Replacement disclosure: If some item(s) are partially damaged, we reserve the right to replace enough product to cover the damaged sections only. We may also elect not to replace item(s) that is damaged in areas that are not exposed when finished. Please take digital images of the outer package and the product showing damage on both boxes and pieces. Ensure you keep all damaged material and packaging until any and all claims and investigation has been completed and you are given the authorization to dispose of; otherwise, this may negatively affect possible resolutions and due process required to complete and resolve any discrepancies.

Keep original packaging: All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received.  Packaging and any damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the Carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required, the carrier may complete any necessary inspection and/or salvage.  Failure to comply may result is denial of your claim.

Check for concealed damage:  You must report any concealed damage and/or missing items within a shipment to us within 12 hours of time of delivery to its destination.  Make sure to note such missing or damaged item(s) on the delivery receipt when any loss or damage is apparent at the time of delivery.  Please note if not reported in the required time frame, your claim may be denied.  Discovery of loss or damage occurring more than 24 hours after delivery to the Delivery Location is deemed to have occurred after the shipment was over and NOT in transit, and therefore, is not covered by the insurance companies of the carrier(s)/broker(s) used.

Starting a claim: In the case of a damage, missing, or incorrect item(s) received, we will require an item(s) list, including item SKU(S), along with quantities, description of damage/missing item(s) and photos.  There must be one photo provided per damaged piece(s), along with one photo showing all claimed pieces together, that require replacement, if applicable.  Claims can take up to 30 days to be confirmed from the carrier(s).  All claims, not requiring replacements, will need to withstand the duration of the claim process time and decision(s) prior to confirmation or reimbursements provided by the carrier and their insurance. 

Transport Carrier Delivery: If the delivery was made by a transport carrier, you must include a copy of the signed BOL (Bill Of Lading) noting damages/missing/defective item(s) at time of delivery.  The Company (Elite Trimworks Corp.) will always include and pay for all carriers Appointment Delivery Service at time of booking with any carrier.  This means they are required to contact you in advance and establish a delivery date and time with you, the Client.  The Client must arrange to have someone at the Delivery Location to inspect, unload and sign for delivery.  Do not accept any services from the driver over and above what was agreed to with the Company; otherwise, you wil be liable to incur service charges, through this carrier, over and above what was stipulated upon shipping your order to you.  Should you have /require additional services, or have questions pertaining to what is included verses what is additional, please email our logistics team at shipping@elitetrimworks.com prior to your shipment leaving the manufacturing facility.

Small Parcel Delivery: Should the delivery be made by a small parcel service and delivered your item(s) at your (the Clients) Delivery Location and no one is present at this time, you must arrange for inspection of the package(s) within 12 hours of delivery.  All other terms apply for the claim to be submitted minus the requirement of the BOL to be signed damage upon delivery as these services do not offer appointment deliveries.

All claims must be emailed to E-Mail: orders@elitetrimworks.com within 12 hours of being delivered to you. 

Incorrect Shipments
In the unlikely event that we ship out the incorrect product, we will resend the correct one ASAP at no charge to you. Under no circumstances will we pay air freight or expedite service so please inspect your packages when they arrive before scheduling any contractors. We will also pay for shipping the incorrect product back should we choose; however, should the Company choose not to have returned to the facility it is at the clients discretion and responsibility to dispose of the item(s) once confirmed the Company does not require item(s) to be returned.

For Pick-ups at our location, by signing our invoice and or packing slip you are agreeing you have confirmed all pieces are accurate and in full as ordered or otherwise noted.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print hard copy portions of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with Elite Trimworks Corp.  You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, download or print portions of the material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use. Warranty Disclaimer
Every product has been carefully manufactured and is guaranteed, once installed using accurate installation methods, to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year.  For accurate installation methods see or request from manufacturer of product purchased.  If any product proves to be defective, it shall be replaced without cost. All manufacturer warranties apply and are directed to you, the consumer, Elite Trimworks Corp., cannot be held over and above these at any time or under any other circumstances. Installation and workmanship is not covered under any circumstances. 

All claims related to the quantity and/or quality of merchandise shipped must be made within 12 hours of delivery. If merchandise is used or kept after 24 hours, the customer shall be deemed to have fully inspected such merchandise and shall be deemed to accept all goods in terms of both quantity and quality. Elite Trimworks Corp., will replace, free of charge or credit your account, at our discretion. You must call our customer service department to verify warranty return eligibility, if eligible, the representative will issue a warranty return authorization number (WRA). Send item(s) shipping prepaid with the WRA clearly displayed on the outside of your box. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused. Elite Trimworks Corp., cannot be held responsible for third-party expenses, such as installation charges, storage, towing, lodging, etc. No warranty or return on any custom orders, specially ordered, or altered parts.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being received; however, should the product be made to order, or require production, it cannot be cancelled after entry into the production lineup, regardless of duration time. If you require time to verify measurements or order details, prior to production, it is the sole responsibility of the Client (any party representing the Client) with whom is placing the order, to indicate clearly, prior to submission. Quick-Ship products cannot be cancelled, upon placement, due to the efficiency of processing.

Returns Policy 
Online purchasers may return new, uninstalled item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund if the product is a "Quick-Ship" item. This means we did not need to order the product in, custom make it to order, or modify it in any way from what we usually carry, pre-made and in stock. Furthermore, prior to the return of any quick-ship item(s) ordered over $2000.00 being accepted, any outbound shipping costs over the offered specials is to be reimbursed to Elite Trimworks Corp.  upon receipt of the goods returned.

Orders purchased In-house are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee may be waived in the event you are exchanging the product for another at the time of return.

The Company may choose to have the items returned, at our cost, should we deem the return is a result of our direct error, you received an incorrect, mis-cut or manufactured defective item. If you decide to return your order for any other reason, the return shipping costs, including Duties, are your responsibility. Should we be billed these on your behalf, they will be either deducted from your refund, if not already given, or charged to you appropriately with documentation provided and sent to you at that time.

Please fill out the Payment Authorization Form for any charges applicable to you for these shipping costs. No amounts will be charged to you should everything be paid for accordingly. Should we receive charges on your behalf we will provide you with a copy of these, once charged, for your records. For shipping instructions, you may contact us at the number below. Please remember that if shipping back to us via UPS, Fed Ex or any other third-party carrier you must indicate that you, the shipper, will be responsible for all charges to eliminate additional charges being billed to you later.

Any order returned to us because delivery is refused will result in a 20% shipping and restocking fee. Anything ordered or custom made is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE. All manufacturer terms are upheld and passed onto you, the consumer, as we cannot provide more than we are allowed or given. For shipping instructions, you may contact us directly. Please remember that if shipping back to us via UPS, Fed Ex or any other third party carrier you must indicate that you, the shipper, will be responsible for all charges – You MUST ship FREE DOMICILE

Upon receipt of the returned items, refunds applicable, exclude shipping specials offered at time of sale, and will be withheld, see above.  All items must be returned to us in good and resell-able condition.  Any items not returned meeting these requirements cannot be refunded and will not be applicable to receive refunds on.  If something can be fixed, we will do whatever we can to use the product; however, this is up to the discretion of the receiver and production leads to determine.  Upon receipt any and all damages are to be recorded and  pictures will be provided to you, the Client.  The Client is solely responsible for claiming and seeking reimbursement for any and all damages incurred directly to the carrier they used for the return.  If the return was made by Company, Elite Trimworks Corp., . by providing a return shipping label then we will handle all aspects and damages of return received.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) must accompany all returns.

Conditions of Free Shipping
We provide Free Shipping on selected products. Free shipping is limited to the lower 48 States, as outlined under our Shipping Specials. However, should you require a return on these items, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your return, as well as a 20% restocking fee, if applicable.

Limitation of Liability
Elite Trimworks Corp., shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.

Any potential issues or lawsuits against Elite Trimworks Corp., that emerge due to dissatisfaction of these terms and conditions are to be held under all circumstances within our residing country of Canada and the province of Ontario.

Typographical Errors
In the event that Elite Trimworks Corp., product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed and or for product(s) listed at the incorrect price. Elite Trimworks Corp., reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, or product(s) ordered, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Elite Trimworks Corp., shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price was billed to you.

Term: Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration, or shopping process, whether doing yourself or requesting an associate complete on your behalf. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Elite Trimworks Corp., without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.


Note: Due to recent volatile changes in import duties from China, we reserve the right to charge additional fees on some Chinese-made products. We will contact you directly if this applies to you before processing your order.
