As Canadians know, our cities are spread further apart than many other countries, including the USA. We also don’t have as many highways or freeways running through our cities as the USA does. As a result, we tend to pay more for shipping than Americans. More importantly, the variances between shipping prices are greater. It is next to impossible to calculate an average rate as, for example, Yellowknife costs 400% more than Calgary for us to ship to. However, we have tried our very best to offer you the best possible rates within Canada that can be found anywhere!  

METHOD OF TRANSPORT

Varying on the carrier and how your order is shipped, whether small parcel or transport, shipping will determine the cost and/or limitations to your delivery. However, we take the time needed to source the very best shipping methods and rates for our clients, guaranteed.  
 
 Because we cost source all shipping to give you the best deal, it sometimes takes a little longer to achieve and may delay the processing of your order, but do not worry! We are always keeping you in the loop and following up at all stages of your order.
 We never bill duties or additional customs fees. Your order is coming from Canada to Canada, and whatever is quoted, paid or free shipping remains as is. There are never any hidden charges.

Please allow 2-3 days lead time. Order amounts are before taxes. *Toronto GTA is defined as Brampton, Vaughan, Concord, Thornhill, Etobicoke, & Mississauga
 **Within surrounding GTA is defined as west to Burlington, east to Whitby, and north to Newmarket.
 
 IMPORTANT: CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE REQUIRED DURING UNLOADING:

When your delivery arrives, please make sure you are on-site to assist the driver with unloading. Our deliveries are handled by outside contractors who have only one person per truck. If you need additional assistance with unloading, please call us for pricing, and we will arrange for two people to be on the delivery vehicle.

Our delivery hours are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, and the maximum length we can ship is 24ft.

For larger orders or deliveries with considerable length, we may ship your order on a skid to reduce the risk of damage. In such cases, it will be your responsibility to accept the skid on-site and arrange for its disposal. We will inform you about this option when you book your delivery.

PICK UPS

Always free and reliable, you may pick up your order from our warehouse facility anytime. Please call us to book your appointment today for an easy, calm, and dependable way to get your order promptly and cost-effectively.  
 When here, all you need to do is call us or back up to our loading dock door numbered 6 (the fourth loading dock ramp door from the side of the building) and ring the doorbell.
 
 Ensure your vehicle is ready to receive the goods. Before loading, inspect all the items before loading them into your vehicle. Any discrepancies need to be noted on your packing slip, and the packing slip must be signed to acknowledge receipt of items in good order.

PROCESS

Upon receipt and confirmation of your order, we will contact you to confirm shipping costs and information, if applicable.
 Once all the details are confirmed and approved by you, we will process your order as quickly and accurately as possible!
 
 We update you through the entire process. There are status updates available to check on your profile at any time as well. We also have the best and most exceptional sales team out there, ready to help and assist you with anything you need.

LIMITATIONS

For shipping specials, they are applicable only to addresses within a 1-hour drive of any major Canadian city which include: Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto (including the Golden Horseshoe), North Bay, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and Halifax.
