LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY FOR HOMEOWNERS - Fypon warrants to only the original owner of the residential dwelling (and to the builder or contractor of the dwelling) in which the Fypon® product is initially installed, provided the product remains in the position of original installation, and that the product will be free from non-conformities in material and workmanship for as long as the original owner owns such dwelling. The original Warranty Holder may not transfer this Limited Warranty to any other party.
