Rafters - PVC

1 ½" x 1 ½" PVC Pergola Purlin - available in various lengths. Both ends come with a flush square cut and are to be trimmed/shaped on-site by the customer, using a standard chop saw, to their desired profile cut. 

6" PVC Pergola Rafter - The true size is about 1 1/2" thick x 5 1/2" tall in various lengths. Our rafters do not require painting as we make them by folding and laminating four panels Cellular PVC.  All four sides of the rafters end up perfectly smooth with no open pores. 

When ordering rafters with one side profiled or with both sides profiled, we consider the total length of the rafter to be from end to end.  Note that rafters typically extend about 20 inches beyond the supporting beam that they rest on.  Please see the images for full information. 

6" PVC Beam, Non-Strutural, Four-Sided -  The size is 6" square in various lengths.  Our Beams do not require painting as we make them by folding and laminating panels of PVC that are cut out of sheets.  All the corners of the beams end up perfectly smooth with no open pours where dirt may build up.

Available with either a smooth or wood-textured finish.

Shipped un-assembled.

PVC Cladding for Ledger Beam - In various sizes and lengths to cover or clad lumber. Our Cladding does not require painting as we make them by folding and laminating three panels of Cellular PVC.  All three sides of the rafters are perfectly smooth with no open pores. 

The heights are standardized to match our PVC Rafters.  Consider the inside and outside dimensions that you require before ordering.  Allow spacing for screw heads and shimming. Contact us for custom sizing.

This cladding comes with shiplap ends on both sides so they can be joint seamlessly.  You trim on-site at any length then glue optional block end(s) or a Rafter Tail in place.

8" PVC Beam Cladding - 3 Sided - The true size is 7 ¼  x 7 ¼" in either 8 or 12 foot lengths. Our Beams do not require painting as are made from PVC Trimboard.  All the corners of the beams end up perfectly smooth with no open pours where dirt may build up. True Inside of 6 ½" square.
