The stiles (they run vertically) come uncut and un-shaped to allow for customizing of height on site. You should order the router bit to shape the stiles. Another Elite Trimworks first. Wall Panelled Curved Wainscoting Kit 8 feet long", flexible for Curved walls. This is our fourth generation of extra deep recessed wainscoting kit specificity made for staircase applications for kits sold since 2004. In order to keep cost down, we use two different materials. A flexible polyurethane Wainscot Cap and the top rail, bottom rail and wainscot shoe are made from white flexible cellular PVC. The stiles are made from primed MDF just like the standard rigid ones are.

The styles run up and down, so they do not need to flex, take note that we included two 8 ft MDF Styles in our kit that can make 4 to 6 stiles, depending on the desired height. They need to be shaped according to the rise on the staircase on site. As a convenience, we offer the Router Bit here on line.
