Cellular PVC Exterior Trims & Mouldings
Extruded, not carved for a smooth finish by either Versatex, Royal or CertainTeed
Elite Trimworks offers a complete line of Extruded and Milled PVC mouldings that feature many popular Architectural Styles and profiles. Extruded mouldings are more economical to produce but are only offered in a few profiles within North America. They can be painted as long as they are initially primed/sealed appropriately; However, Extruded mouldings DO NOT need to be painted and are ideal for those who prefer a maintenance-free product.
Milled mouldings, on the other hand, should be painted as the cells in the milled material are left open and porous. This type of material will accept paint far better than Extruded PVC and can also be made in infinite shapes and profiles.
If you know how to cut or nail wood moulding, you'll know how to cut, nail, and finish PVC mouldings using standard carpentry tools.
Most moulding profiles are available at 16' lengths. We can cut 16ft lengths in half to 8 feet for ease of UPS shipping if requested.

Modern, PVC Shoe Trim
Flexible, Waterproof, Modern Wainscot Shoe Trim made from Milled, Cellular PVC, 3/8" thick x 1 ⅛" x 95" long or eight feet. The fact that it is made from milled, cellular PVC makes it a waterproof option, which is ideal for areas that are prone to moisture or spills.
Well suited for both curved staircases and bathrooms. -

PVC T Mould
PVC "T" Mould, 8/ 12 ft long. This PVC profile is 2 1/2" wide, 5/8" thick with a 1/2" back set. This profile does not require painting but is paintable if you choose to. Available in 4, 6, or 12 foot lengths, at the same cost per foot.

PVC Base Cap or Appliqué Trim
Elite PVC Appliqué Trim 1 ⅛" x ⅝", 8' feet or 16' feet long, also known as "base cap". A popular profile used for making applied moulding panels or recessed panels. We use them for column astragals or neck moulding as well.

PVC V-Groove, Blind Nail - Milled Plank
Our PVC V-Groove, Tongue & Groove, Blind Nail, Milled Planks are built to last a lifetime and are perfect for outdoor ceilings. The true size is ½" by 5 ½", and the space between the grooves is 4 11/16". The extended lip allows for the blind nail feature where no nails or staples are exposed. The eight-foot lengths are made with end-matched ends, which saves on material waste and installation time. Note that only our eight-foot lengths come with the end-match feature.

Sloped, Step Trim 1 1/2" Square, made with milled Cellular PVC, then cut at a 3-degree angle, 12ft long. No need for unsightly metal flashing as water will not pool over the header like congenial flat mouldings or trimboards.
