Shiplap Beaded Panel

Shiplap Beaded Panel, in Primed MDF, ⅜" thick by 8 ¼" wide with 3 beads 2.7" on center, which we often use to cut down to make panels for our wainscot beadboard kits.

This Deep Beaded Shiplap Panel is new and improved since 2006, they are now 8" wide with three beads per panel as compared to others with two beaded that are 5" wide. This reduces packaging, shipping and installation costs. As always, they are primed and sanded twice, saving labour on the job site.

This Shiplap looks great on Walls or Ceilings. The narrow panels are easy to install on walls with lots of corners, making them very popular for Bathrooms and Kitchens Walls. A similar look can be achieved using our 4 x 8 Beaded Sheets in MDF, or in Beaded PVC for Exterior Applications.

Shiplap Beaded Panel, in Primed MDF, ⅜" thick by 8 ¼" wide with 3 beads 2.7" on center. Each 8ft Panel covers 5.33 square feet. The Panel comes 8 feet long, however, we can cut them down into 3 - 32" Panels, or 2 - 48" Panels (+- ⅛") for easier shipping and reduced shipping costs. The 32" Panels are used for our 40" high Beadboard Kits and the 48" Panels are used for our 55" Shiplap Wainscoting Kits.

We have carried over our trademark "Deep Bead” design on ⅜” MDF which many people find more substantial than what is typically found in big box stores and lumberyards.
