Board Cutting Fee

The fee charged for cutting any board of wood, MDF or PVC one way at any length, PER CUT. The sheets or panels will be cut square as per your instructions. Accuracy will be within 1/8” of an inch. Cut offs or waste will be shipped with your order unless specified otherwise. The maximum length of cut is 12 feet. Contact us for costing to cut longer sheet.

Cellular PVC Sheet, Free Foam

Cellular PVC, Free Foam Sheet(s) of Amercian-Made, Premium Free Rise Cellular PVC in various thicknesses and sizes. Most sheets are smooth on both sides (SS) but, some are smooth on one side and wood texture on the other (S/T). Full size sheets are best suited for transport shipping. We carry lots of stock for fast shipping. American made PVC sheets are produced using regulated UV protection and consistency with state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques that results in better quality fabrications.

Beadboard PVC Sheet, with 2" or 3" on-centre beads. The sheet is 4' wide x ½" thick, with a choice of length. The beads run along the length of the sheet, and each side of the sheet (running along the length of the sheet) has a shiplap edge, to form a seamless joint. For the 4ft wide x 32" long panels, you have a choice for how the grooves will run.
